Russian Software Products Association «Russian Software» is the largest association of Russian manufacturers of replicable software. The association was founded in 2009 by leading Russian developers. Today, the association has more than 300 companies.
The association is a reliable industry platform that creates conditions for finding partners and interacting with the government, consolidating market players to work together on key issues in the development of the IT industry.

The committee was established in 2017. Currently, the committee includes representatives from more than 100 companies.
The committee's goal is to build international cooperation between Russian and foreign companies for mutually beneficial collaboration.
In June 2025, ARPP “Domestic Software” and the Algerian Digital Professionals Association signed a memorandum of cooperation.
